Refund policy

At RoveLinen, we create products with care and intention, and we want you to truly love what you receive. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to make it right.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You may return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Returned in original packaging

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

Refunds will be issued for the full purchase price (excluding shipping fees and applicable taxes) and processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear.

Exchanges can be requested through our customer support or returns portal.

IMPORTANT NOTES

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Fabric samples or cut-to-size fabric

If your order included a free returns option, a prepaid shipping label will be provided upon submitting your request. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note: Custom duties and import taxes are non-refundable.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Submit a return request through our returns portal or contact our support team
  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return
  3. Provide a reason and choose your preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
  4. Ship the item back using the provided label (if applicable)

RoveLinen is not responsible for items lost in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items independently.

We reserve the right to adjust refunds if returned items show signs of wear or damage.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a defective or incorrect item (e.g. wrong size, color, or visible manufacturing issue), please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

In such cases, we will:

  • Offer a full refund or replacement
  • Cover all shipping costs
  • Arrange a pickup service where available

GIFT RETURNS

If you received a RoveLinen item as a gift, you may exchange it for another item or receive store credit.

Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
